COURSE CONTENT
- Identfying issues.
- Clarify behavioural styles.
- De-personalising difficult situations.
- I'm OK, you're OK = we're all OK.
- Giving and receiving clear messages.
- Establishing open lines of communication.
- Understanding the importance of empathy.
- Exploring appropriate responses.
Through a series of activities and reflective exercises, delegates are encouraged to examine and seek solutions to a range of challenging situations.
There is opportunity for co-counselling and feedback at various points during the day with total confidentiality assured.
