What it is:
An individual coaching plan designed to client specification. A number of sessions will be agreed at the start of the programme and reviewed at intervals. The context is determined by you, the client, and goals will evolve as the sessions proceed. All information and content is treated in strictest confidence; there is no need for a connection between the coach and your organisation.
